2. Our Products
HumanHair4You sells high-quality human hair products. All our wigs are custom-made specifically for each customer based on the selected specifications, such as length, texture, colour, lace, density and other preferences.
Because human hair is a natural product, slight variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur and do not automatically mean that a product is defective.
3. Custom-Made Wigs
As all our wigs are custom-made, production may begin once your order and payment have been confirmed.
Once production has started, custom orders cannot normally be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded, except where required by applicable law or if the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications.
Customers are responsible for checking their order details carefully before placing an order.
4. Prices and Payments
Prices are shown on our website and may include VAT where legally required. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
We accept payment methods including iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, credit cards and debit cards. Available payment methods may vary depending on your location.
5. Shipping
HumanHair4You ships worldwide.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location. Delivery times may vary due to production time, customs, carrier delays or other circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by their country.
6. Returns and Refunds
As our wigs are custom-made, they may not be eligible for the standard right of withdrawal where permitted by law.
We do not accept returns of wigs that have been worn, installed, altered, washed, styled or otherwise used, unless required by applicable law.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at Info@humanhair4you.com as soon as possible.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your mandatory consumer rights.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us immediately at Info@humanhair4you.com.
Once production has started on a custom-made wig, we may not be able to cancel or change your order.
8. Liability
HumanHair4You is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, chemical treatments, excessive heat, colouring, bleaching or other alterations made after delivery.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
